    HISTORIC PEN COMPANY partners with TUCKERTON SEAPORT AND BAYMEN’S MUSEUM

    Online Store goes live October 19, 2012


     

    Manahawkin, NJ October 15, 2012:  The Historic Pen Company has partnered with the Tuckerton Seaport and Baymen’s Museum and will create an extensive line of pens, Christmas Ornaments and other product from one of the recently dismantled Sneakbox boats owned by the Seaport and Museum. A Sneakbox is a small boat that can be sailed, rowed, poled or sculled. It is predominantly associated with the Barnegat Bay in New Jersey, just as the canoe-like Delaware Ducker is associated with the New Jersey marshes along the Delaware River near Philadelphia.

    The Tuckerton Seaport and Baymen’s Museum Collection of cedar of gift items and collectibles made by the Perrine Boat Works will be sold at the Tuckerton Seaport and Baymen’s Museum Gift Shop along side a display of other Historic Pen Company product of local and national interest.

    The Tuckerton Seaport and Baymen’s Museum Collection will also be available along with all Historic Pen Company product of historic and cultural significance beginning October 19, 2012 when the Historic Pen Company launches it Online Store.
